美国媒体分析指出,微软之所以暂时不宣布IE浏览器的“死刑”,可能是暂时保留兼容一些老网站使用。

之前,微软高管已经证实,Spartan仅仅是研发项目代号,未来微软会给新浏览器取一个正式的名字。

另外按照传统,Windows10操作系统也将划分为多个版本(比如基础班、家庭版等),IE浏览器是否会出现在所有版本的Windows10中,仍不得而知。

微软在一份用词模糊的声明中提到,在面向企业的Windows10,以及用户需要传统浏览器支持的情况下,将会继续提供IE浏览器。

一般认为,Spartan是微软针对谷歌(微博)Chrome开发的竞争浏览器,和IE相比,Spartan速度更快,用户界面也将有所不同。
